Giving Back 

The Seattle All Star Classic (SASC) is committed to our mission of creating transformative events that support and empower the community by bringing athletes, celebrities, local business owners and community leaders together to raise awareness and support the amazing work being done by local community organizations.

In our third year, SASC is honored to introduce “Filling the Gap”.  “Filling the Gap” is our community initiative that will highlight (5) South Sound / Tacoma area nonprofits that work to solve inequities in:

  • Education
  • Youth Sports
  • Academic & Leadership
  • Economic Empowerment
  • Food or Family Insecurities

Through “Filling the Gap”, SASC will use our 2024 Celebrity Softball Game, our celebrity attendees and corporate partners to help our nonprofit partners fill the gaps they face day to day:

  • Awareness
  • Volunteer Support
  • Fund Raising

Fundraising with SASC

The Seattle All-Star Classic is partnering with nonprofit organizations in the South Sound and Pierce County region to provide them an opportunity to use the SASC Celebrity Softball game as a fundraising platform for their organization

HOW IT WORKS

  • Organization must be a registered 501c3 within WA State that works with underserved communities, child development and/or youth sports.
  • Organization is provided a Fevo link to a group of tickets.
  • Organization sets their desired ticket re-sell price (price must be minimum of $20).
  • Organization sells/ promotes the SASC to their base and receives the difference 50% of ticket price.
    • Example: Organization sets price at $24. Organization receives $12 for each ticket they sell.
    • 100 tickets = $1,200 raised.
  • Organizations must sell a minimum of 25 tickets to be eligible.
  • Organization must price total ticket price at minimum of $20 per ticket

BENEFITS

  • The organization will receive:
    • Cash donation from their fundraising efforts.
    • (2) tickets to attend the event.
    • Social Media post highlighting their involvement.
    • In-game recognition/announcement during 2025 SASC.
    • In-game check presentation (for top-earning groups – in between innings).
    • Opportunity to have a 6-foot table on the concourse day of the event.
    • If the organization sells 100 tickets or more, they will receive (2) passes to the VIP meet & greet before the event.

SALUTE TO SERVICE

SASC’s Salute to Service is our corporate giving program designed to support service members, veterans and their families. Corporate partners can sponsor service members and their families to attend the 2025 SASC Celebrity Softball game. Contact us for more details.
